Tiivistetysti: palkka maksetaan konsulteille kaksi kertaa kuukaudessa, 15. päivä ja 30. tai 31. päivä. Näiden osuessa viikolopulle palkka maksetaan edellisenä arkipäivänä. Palkkakausia on siis kaksi ja palkka maksetaan aina kaksi viikkoa kunkin palkkakauden päättymisestä:

• 1.-15. päivän välisenä aikana tehdyt työtunnit maksetaan sinulle saman kuukauden viimeisenä arkipäivänä
• 16.-30./31. päivän välisenä aika tehdyt työtunnit maksetaan sinulle seuraavan kuukauden 15. päivä.

Esimerkki: Jos olet aloittanut työssä 1.5., saat ensimmäisen palkkasi 31.5. ja palkka koskee 1.-15. päivä tehtyjä ja merkittyjä työtunteja. 

Jos palkka ei näy tililläsi:

1. Tarkista, että olet kirjannut työtuntisi Aikaraportointiin. Mikäli olet merkinnyt työtuntisi myöhässä, maksetaan palkka kyseisiltä työtunneilta seuraavan palkanmaksun yhteydessä takautuvasti. Voit itse merkitä tehdyt tunnit raporttiin takautuvasti. 
2. Jos olet raportoinut tuntisi ajoissa ja palkkakaudelta olisi ohjeiden mukaan kuulunut tulla palkka, olethan välittömästi yhteydessä Academic Workin konsulttipäällikköösi.

In short: every consultant is paid twice a month, on the 15th and 30th or 31st. If one of these days happens to fall on a weekend, the consultants will be paid on the preceding business day. So, there are two salary cycles and the salary will always be paid two weeks after the end of each cycle:

• You will receive the salary earned between the 1st and 15th on the last day of the ongoing month. 
• You will receive the  salary earned between the 16th and 30th/31st on the 15th of the following month. 

Example: If your employment started on the 1st of May, you will receive your first paycheck on the 31st of May and it will be for the hours worked between the 1st and 15th of that month. 

If your salary is not visible on your account: 

1. Check that you have marked your hours in Aikaraportointi. In case you marked your hours after the deadline, you will receive the salary from that time period at the end of the next cycle. You may mark these hours in the report yourself.
2. If you did mark your hours on time, and according to the rules you should've received a paycheck from that cycle, please contact your Academic Work Consult Manager as soon as possible.
